


We will work together to gain an understanding of your current diet, training and lifestyle. This enables us to put plans in place to work towards you fuelling correctly not only for day to day life but also the rigorous demands that training places on your body. We will optimise your nutrition, working around foods that you love to ensure you are fuelling correctly for training, recovery and rest days.
In the first month a full 7 day dietary analysis is carried out after which you will receive a report that looks at your overall nutrition then breaks it down to further look at macro and micronutrients and also how you have been fuelling around training sessions. From there we will work out an action plan and you will be provided with sample meal plans/recipes/habit trackers via an app to help you work towards your goals. We’ll also talk face to face fortnightly via Teams to ensure you have a full understanding and I’ll be on hand via What’s App for any more urgent queries you may have throughout your time on the program (three month minimum). If you decide that you would like a full weekly meal plan service that is tailored uniquely to your day to day training then this is available from month two for an extra charge.
