


You may enjoy being active for your wellbeing and health, do the occasional parkrun or sportive, be aiming to do a Go Tri event or want to lose weight. Even though you aren’t competitive it is still essential that you eat well and eat enough to fuel your lifestyle.
We will work together to gain an understanding of your current diet, training and lifestyle. This will enable us to put plans in place to work towards you fuelling correctly for day to day life and also the demands that training places on your body. We will optimise your nutrition, working around foods that you love to ensure you are fuelling correctly.
In the first month we will carry out a full dietary analysis and you will then be provided with sample days/recipes/habit trackers via an app to help you work towards your goals. We will also talk face to face fortnightly to ensure you have a full understanding and I will be on hand via What’s App for any more urgent queries you may have throughout your time on the program (3 month minimum commitment).
