If you’re planning a marathon, triathlon or ultra, what you eat in the days leading up to your race and during the event itself can make or break your performance.

Working together we can minimise those potential errors ensuring that all the hard hours of sweat and training you have put in is used to its fullest.

Using the latest evidence based practices we will put together a race day strategy that can be tweaked and practiced well ahead of the big day and used for any future races.

We can also work on a totally personalised package (taking into account your gender, weight, etc) to include the 48 hrs before race day to ensure your body is optimally loaded and that any possibilities of GI distress are minimised.
